OSTEOPATHY SERVICES

Osteopathy has been a trusted practice for nearly 150 years, and its effectiveness for various conditions like headaches, shoulder pain, and knee instability is gaining recognition among healthcare professionals. By using specialized palpation skills, we can identify root causes of discomfort, often found in areas unrelated to where you feel pain. Unlike standard imaging machines, which may overlook subtle issues, osteopathy allows us to detect hidden problems within the body, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your health. This approach complements other health modalities and addresses a wide range of issues, including respiratory, digestive, cranial,, musculoskeletal concerns, and much more. Our initial osteopathic session lasts about an hour with follow-up appointments ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, allowing us to thoroughly assess your body's alignment and overall health. Remember, health is a journey and I am here to support you every step of the way.

 

     2025 Osteopathy fees are:     

     Initial Consult and treatment - 1 hr              - $147 incl HST

     Follow Up treatments for 1 hr                        - $147incl HST
     Follow Up treatments for 45 Min                 - $131 incl HST

     Follow Up treatments for 30 Min                 - $95 incl HST

Coverage

Contact in with your insurance company if you have coverage for NMOS - National Manual Osteopathic Society. A number of companies accept Osteopathy. NMOS has coverage for Canada Life, Green Shield Canada, Manulife Financial, Sun Life, Desjardins Insurance and Cowan Insurance Group. You will receive a receipt which you can submit to your insurance agent.  These days many companies are covering all or at least part of osteopathy appointments.
